We pack like we’re sending a gift to a friend (because we are).
Processing
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days—with extra care for postcards (they hate bent corners) and stamps (they’re delicate little squares of joy). Weekends are for sketching, not shipping.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email. Stalk it as much as you want—we do too.
If your package goes AWOL
Standard shipping: allow 10 business days before panicking. Then email us—we’ll investigate, replace, or send a handwritten apology (with stickers).
Address errors
Double-check your address. If you notice a typo, email within 1 hour of ordering. After that, it’s in our system and we can’t guarantee we’ll catch it—but we’ll try, because we’re nice.
