Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return—for any reason, even “it didn’t spark joy.”

Eligibility:

• • • • Items must be unused and in original condition (no ink stains, no bent corners).

      • Stickers and rubber stamps are non-returnable (they’re too small and too personal—once they’ve left our hands, they’re yours).

      • Defective pens (skip, leak, or make weird noises)—send a photo within 7 days and we’ll replace them free.

How to return:

         2. We’ll send you a prepaid label (cost deducted from refund unless it’s our fault).

         3. Pack securely—avoid using our postcards as bubble wrap, please.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect (usually 3–5 business days), we refund to your original payment method within 7 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item.

Exchanges

Want a different notebook cover? Email us—we’ll treat it as an exchange and waive return shipping for the new item.

Damaged or wrong item

If your package looks like it was used in a soccer match, or we accidentally sent you a stamp that says “WORLD’S OKAYEST WRITER” instead of “WORLD’S BEST,” email within 7 days with photos. We’ll replace it immediately—no return needed.

Final sale

Items discounted 40% or more are final. They’re already running away from our shelves at a steal.
